Itinerary

DAY 2.- TOURS CATARATA DE GOCTA
Departure 8:30 am to the town of Cocachimba to then begin the trek to the waterfall of Gocta, considered by important magazines as the third highest waterfall in the world located 45 km from the city of Chachapoyas to reach it is traveled 1 hour in mobility to the town of Cocachimba, then walking 2 hours and 30 minutes in distance are 5.8 km, this trekking is relaxing and entertaining as you can appreciate the nature combined with the sound of the fall and the rivers as well as the sight of the cataract since the beginning of the walk.

DAY 3.- SARCÓFAGOS DE KARAJIA AND CAVERNAS DE QUIOCTA
Breakfast. 8:00 am. We begin our journey to the town of Cruz Pata, from this point we will walk 25 minutes to the funerary site of the Sarcophagi of Karajia, set of funerary statues, located on an inaccessible rocky cliff. Later, our mobility will take us to Luya – Lamud, where we will enjoy a delicious regional lunch. Continuing with our visit in the afternoon we will enter the Cavity of Quiocta where we can see thousands of stalagmites and stalactites of different shapes and sizes, this place the ancient Chachapoyas used as a cemetery on the way we will see scattered bones throughout all environments. Return to Chachapoyas, overnight
